A Glimpse at Nongsa D-Town

Introduction

Nongsa Digital Park (NDP) is an integrated digital park in Nongsa, Batam. It’s an ideal site for digital businesses to grow, data center development (Uptime Institute tier III certified), and residential facilities that will blend ideally with the current Nongsa Resorts operated by the Citramas Group. Located on the high topography in Eastern Batam and away from the seismic fault lines, NDP offers a much safer geographical location for data centers. With the total development area set at 166 ha, NDP has existing developments including Turi Beach Resort, Nongsa Point Marina, Nongsa Village, Nongsapura Ferry Terminal, Kinema Movie & Animation Studio, and Golf Course.

NDP aims to become Indonesia’s prime digital economy gateway while reinforcing Nongsa as the preferred destination for domestic and international tourism within the Riau Islands. Also by living a “Work, Live, Play” motto, NDP is expected to be a pleasant place for future generations to achieve life balance.
