Mike Wiluan - CEO

Besides his position as CEO of Nongsa Digital Park, Mike Wiluan is the Chief Executive Officer of Infinite Studios. He is also the creative force behind all of the Infinite Studios' film and TV original content.

Mike’s production credits include: ‘Sing to the Dawn’- South East Asia’s first English animated feature, ‘My Magic’ and ‘Be with Me' both directed by Eric Khoo and were both featured at the Cannes Film Festival. Mike also served as Executive Producer for the animated feature film 'Tatsumi' which premiered at the Cannes film festival in theUn certain regard’ category.

His other producing credits include HBO ASIA’s first original co- production ‘Dead Mine’, ‘Serangoon Road’- HBO ASIA’s first television series production with ABC Australia. ‘Beyond Skyline’ the sequel to the box office hit ‘Skyline’ and most recently ‘1965’ a biopic about Singapore’s first Prime Minister. He also executive produced ‘In the Room’ with long-term partner Eric Khoo, the Mo Brother'sHeadshot’ and Netflix'sThe Night Comes for Us' and HBO Asia'sHalfworlds'.

In addition to his CEO role, Mike has also undertaken the role of being the creative force behind Infinite Studios and has since moved on to directing and writing, releasing ‘Buffalo Boys’ in mid-2018 as his feature film directorial debut and creating a series for HBO Asia titled ‘Grisse’ also debuted in end 2018.

Mike was also the driving force behind the setting up Indonesia’s first large-scale International animation studio which has since produced notable shows such as ‘Garfield’, ‘Franklin and Friends’, ‘Peter Rabbit’ which won an EMMY in 2014, Vampirina and Topwing for Disney and Nickelodeon. In 2011, Infinite Studios launched the development of Singapore’s first soundstages as well as Indonesia’s first film studio and backlot on Batam island which is currently the largest studio in South East Asia. Most notably, the studio’s production services arm facilitated Michael Mann’s most recent feature ‘Blackhat’ filmed in Jakarta in August 2013. Other notable projects include Toho studios Joker’s Game’ which became a top-grossing Japanese film in 2014

From 2014 until 2019 Mike served as Chairman of the Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) to spearhead the revival of SE ASIA’s most prominent film festival. He also serves on Singapore Polytechnic’s, Republic Polytechnic’s, and MDIS’s school of media advisory committee. In 2010, Mike was invited to be on a select economic committee for the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry. Mike also currently serves on several government working committees for the Media and ICT industries. A member of the Young Presidents Organisation, Mike has been invited as a key speaker in many media forums including the Asian Business Summit, Screen Singapore Finance Forum, Asian Television Forum, World Chinese Chamber of Commerce Congress, and the ASEAN Film Summit. In 2014 Mike received the Forbes Indonesia Progressive Figures Award in recognition of his role in media.

Khoo Peck Khoon - Chief Operating Officer

Peck Khoon brings over three decades of experience in hospitality management, having held senior roles across technical, asset management, and operations with renowned hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Ascott, and most recently, Keppel Land Hospitality. Throughout his career, Peck Khoon has managed a diverse range of portfolios, including luxury hotels, serviced apartments, resorts, golf courses, and marinas.

 

His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing profitability and elevating service standards, with many of these properties receiving industry accolades.

In his most recent role as General Manager of the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, Peck Khoon successfully implemented strategic initiatives that resulted in a significant turnaround of the Club's financial performance.

 

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Nongsa Digital Park, Peck Khoon leverages his extensive expertise in hospitality operations and strategic leadership to drive innovation and growth across the Digital Park. The park, which comprises data centers, multimedia studios, retail complexes, and hotel & resort developments, is poised to become a key growth hub for Batam, Indonesia. With a proven track record of transforming businesses and managing diverse portfolios, Peck Khoon is dedicated to positioning Nongsa Digital Park as a leading digital and creative hub, fostering collaboration between Indonesia and Singapore while ensuring sustainable development and operational excellence.

Marco Bardelli - Member of The Board & Senior Director

Marco has been living and working in Asia for 25 years and has been always passionate about new tech and what is now known as the “Digital Economy”. Equipped with a robust Financial Industry background, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a deep working experience in Business Development and Government Relations he joined Citramas Group in 2014 and only after a few months later started to work together with Mike Wiluan on the vision for what is today Nongsa Digital Park.

When he is not busy with “Digital”, he can be found cooking in the kitchen, riding a motorbike, on a golf course looking for another lost ball, jogging, and skiing (the latter unfortunately not possible in Nongsa Digital Park).

Sastra Wijaya - General Manager

Sastra's passion for service bloomed early, leading him to his first role at Turi Beach Resort in 2004. There, he quickly rose through the ranks, streamlining guest experiences and implementing innovative programs that boosted resort revenue. This dedication fueled his journey to renowned hospitality groups like Radisson and Marriott, where he honed his leadership skills and gained invaluable experience managing diverse teams and complex operations.

Sastra's diverse industry background, coupled with his strong educational foundation, proved invaluable when he was appointed Head of Operations at Nongsa Digital Park. Here, he thrives in the dynamic world of tech, overseeing business operations, tenant services, and the development of cutting-edge data center projects. His strategic mind and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in attracting key investors and shaping Nongsa into a thriving digital hub.

Rara Muthia Andini - Marcomm - PR & Business Development Ast. Manager

Rara is an aspiring, energetic, responsible individual, with a dynamic, people-oriented personality who is well-versed with Sales, Marketing and Hospitality knowledge. Offering exceptional expertise, impeccable communication, managerial and interpersonal skills with a background of international working experience with a multicultural workforce and clientele in Indonesia, Singapore & the United Kingdom.

Rara holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Sunderland University in London, UK. This academic foundation provided her with a robust understanding of the hospitality industry and laid the groundwork for her career. Her professional journey began at a prestigious hotel chain, where her exceptional interpersonal skills and innovative thinking quickly distinguished her from her peers.
