Mike Wiluan

Mike Wiluan is the CEO of Nongsa Digital Park and Infinite Studios, where he leads the development of Southeast Asia’s premier digital and creative hub. Under his leadership, Nongsa Digital Park has grown into a world-class ecosystem by integrating the digital economy with creative industries, education and tourism. 

At Infinite Studios, Mike have produced internationally acclaimed film, television and animation projects, including Sing to the Dawn, Cannes-selected films My Magic, Be With Me and Tatsumi, as well as HBO Asia’s Dead Mine, Serangoon Road, Half worlds and Netflix’s The Night Comes for Us.

He directed Buffalo Boys and created HBO Asia’s series Grisse. He also established Indonesia’s first large-scale international animation studio and developed Southeast Asia’s largest film studio and backlot in Batam.

As former Chairman of the Singapore International Film Festival, Mike serves on multiple media advisory boards, speaks at global forums and has received numerous honors, including the Forbes Indonesia Progressive Figures Award for his contributions to the creative industries.

Marco Bardelli

Marco has been living and working in Asia for 25 years and has been always passionate about new tech and what is now known as the “Digital Economy”. Equipped with a robust Financial Industry background, an MBA from the University of Chicago and a deep working experience in Business Development and Government Relations he joined Citramas Group in 2014 and only after a few months later started to work together with Mike Wiluan on the vision for what is today Nongsa Digital Park. When he is not busy with “Digital”, he can be found cooking in the kitchen, riding a motorbike, on a golf course looking for another lost ball, jogging and skiing (the latter unfortunately not possible in Nongsa Digital Park).

Khoo Peck Khoon

Peck Khoon brings over three decades of experience in hospitality management, having held senior roles across technical, asset management and operations with renowned hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Ascott and most recently, Keppel Land Hospitality. Throughout his career, Peck Khoon has managed a diverse range of portfolios, including luxury hotels, serviced apartments, resorts, golf courses and marinas.

His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing profitability and elevating service standards, with many of these properties receiving industry accolades.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Nongsa Digital Park, Peck Khoon leverages his extensive expertise in hospitality operations and strategic leadership to drive innovation and growth across the Digital Park. The park, which comprises data centers, multimedia studios, retail complexes and hotel & resort developments, is poised to become a key growth hub for Batam, Indonesia. With a proven track record of transforming businesses and managing diverse portfolios, Peck Khoon is dedicated to positioning Nongsa Digital Park as a leading digital and creative hub, fostering collaboration between Indonesia and Singapore while ensuring sustainable development and operational excellence.
